An almost ideal package for my cycling tour photography
Nice picture!
I also tend to use more and more the Voigtländer 20mm f/3.5. It delivers better images than the old Takumar 20mm f/4.5, the Pentax M 20mm f/4 (although this one delivers lovely colors I am very fond of) and the FA 20-35mm f/4. My FA 20mm f/2.8 (which I have never particularly loved) has developped an internal cloudiness that renders it unusable (I think it's a problem with the "compound" aspherical lens element). The big 21mm f/2.4 Limited mostly stays at home because I find it... too limited! It's too bulky for what it is (come on, my 2008 Sigma 20mm F/1.8 is 1 stop faster and not much bigger in size), has a so-so autofocus on my K1-ii (to the point I always use it in manual focus) and has no hard-stop infinity setting, The Voigtländer is not as fast but I can live with this limitation for a super-wide. It is noticeably less sharp at F/3.5, especially in the corners but it doesn't matter for close-ups or snapshots and I don't use f/3.5 for landscape photography at infinity anyway, except perhaps for dawn or sunset pictures (but then corner sharpness doesn't matter). There is one thing that the Voigtländer cannot do, it's astrophotography (think milky way shots). It exhibits lots of coma under f/5.6 that render it useless for this purpose. But it delivers good pictures of night scenes at F/11-F/22 with beautiful starbursts. See these Flickr albums (not mine):

The Voigtländer lens has almost the same minimum focus as the Pentax lens (0.2m vs. 0.18m). I also love the fact it has a nicely damped focus ring and a real aperture ring, so I can use it on older film cameras as well as on other brands mirrorless cameras. And of course, it takes almost no room in the bag or in the pocket for those long hikes!
Cheers!
