I'm not a beet expert. Had to search for the English term.
Here are some more images from this evening. A bit crazy light, air seemed to be slightly hazy. Later it got colder and felt moistly and uncomfortable so I packed my backpack, took my bike and drove home.
Camera installed on tripod. Due to partly extreme light and my wish to get very good details in the shadows and highlights I used HDR mode - of course as always shot raw DNG, FF mode. I think for these images I had screwed a PLC filter. At home split each image file into three using PDCU, development of the HDR DNGs with Capture One Pro's HDR module. To get the right "structure" in the sky applied some local adjustments. I'm quite happy with the results ... last one shows the fodder beets a bit closer.
