Why was that plant in a pot filled with un-drained wet clay? No wonder it looked dead.

Nothing different than real life test in Afghanistan for a K5. This was show here on Pentax Forum. I dont call them stupid , I call trust in the Pentax camera.

Who the hell would purposefully do something like that to their cameras and lenses?!

And just for some stupid internet video, too...
Yes, terrible. I bet there are places in the world where one could be shot at after subjecting your camera to that much dust, dirt and water!
(To the unintiated, you have to look up some of Heie's videos).

It's the sort of thing that does go viral though... and makes the point Pentax is trying to make quite well

I just ask myself that question in my front yard, turns out (after digging out the entire pot like that one) I never drilled the drain holes, yes I had a pond and the plant in it also was not looking well. Since Heie already made such a nice video I did not feel the urge to dip my K3 or K3II into the muck, lol. Side note, I did drill holes, amend the soil and plant an artichoke.

Someone needs to be either brave or foolhardy enough to do this to a lower echelon Canikon and film it dying, then fade to black and voiceover of "Should've bought a PENTAX" followed by fade-in of WR body and matching lens(es) of choice.
