I am just curious if there are any data about the supply and demand for the camera. Is there any resource telling how many are on pre-order, or how many Ricoh intend to produce per year? Are they giving anything away?

As I saw from a Chinese forum, the preorder number in China well exceeded 1000 one month ago...

The initial production volume is 7000 units per month - they're publishing these figures in the Japanese product announcements.
Sure, that doesn't mean a constant 7000 units for every month of the year.

There isn't any, as far as I know.

Almost no camera manufacturer reports sales like that.
