So, can I now say that a 24mm lens is REALLY a 16mm lens? I mean equivalence and all...
Don't be fooled. It's the viewfinder.

Kinda sorta ya exactly, yes.

Here is the Sigma 24mm on the K-1, and 16-45mm @16mm on the K-5. If you find a homeless Sigma 24mm AF Super Wide II, just buy it.

Oh, and the second one is the K-5 / 16mm

I am slowly getting used to it and as I do I am enjoying more and more.

At first I was really impressed with the FA43mm and it will now be my walk round lens.

Yesterday I took the 31 for a walk....now that's really special too!

It is great to see them their natural format

Out the back yesterday afternoon with the 31....

It is weird putting a 50mm lens on the K1 and having it so wide compared to what I am used to seeing with a 50mm lens. It is also weird with the rest of my FF compatible lenses being so much wider than they should be as compared to what I am used to. Looks like the K3 will definitely be the telephoto and smaller grab & go with the 18-135, and the K1 will be my wide and landscape one!

Anyone else find the wider field of view strange?
For me it's like coming home after too many years away. I never liked what APS-C did to my lenses, except the telephoto ones.

No, it means that we should all agree to just start thinking in terms of 6x7 lenses, and so that 24mm is equivalent to 50mm. That should make things easier for everyone. Everyone in agreement? Good!

Biggest aggravation to me is the lack of depth of field. I am used to setting my camera to f8 and having enough depth of field, but I think I will need to be at f11 if I want everything in focus. It isn't a big deal since I am usually on a tripod, but when you are used to APS-C, full frame definitely is different in that respect.
