I have placed an order for the K1 and will order lenses soon. I saw a guide on this forum for pentax lenses and if someone can link me to it I would appreciate the help.

OK, suggestions. I shoot 3 lenses on my full frame Canon and I will want to have comparable lenses for the new K1.

I understand that there are some new lenses coming for the K1 as well and I would wait for a newer lens. I have had mixed results with non-manufacturer lenses so I plan to stick with Pentax branded glass.

Canon 16-35 f2.8L II
Canon 24-105 is f4 L
Canon 70-200 is f2.8L II

What would be comparable in the Pentax glass?

As for the lenses you're looking for, you'll want these:

• D FA 15-30mm F2.8
• D FA★ 70-200mm F2.8

and one of these:

• D FA 28-105mm F3.5-5.6
• D FA 24-70mm F2.8

There's no new F4 walkaround zoom offering yet, but I'm sure you'll be happy with either of the two choices above.

Those sound good except the 28-105. I like a constant aperture.
