Improvement in the last K-1 firmware update -- photo review under load

I don't mean the one that comes out on the 29th, but the previous one.

It looks like there is a change in functionality such that if you are shooting faster than the camera can process it, and it's working from the buffer to write to the card, you can now review your photos that are already on the card. I haven't seen that in any Pentax DSLR before, and I don't believe it did that with the earlier firmware version on the K-1.

It did do it with 1.0. However, it's only possible if you have geometric distortion correction disabled, as that's a cpu-intensive operation. Otherwise, the camera will lock up while it's processing.
