The first two were taken with my F35-105 on my way home from work, on different days. I'm really liking my pair of F series zooms, and hoping to pick up a couple of the primes to match, eventually.
These are just a few shots from my yard. We had a fairly solid frost on the weekend, and the sun was nice and bright, so I couldn't resist getting out and playing with my old screw mount 50mm f1.4 and some macro tubes. I think mine is the third version, so made in either 1971 or 1972. They're not the sharpest shots in the world, but I think I got a few good ones. I really like the way leaves look when they're back lit against the sun like this, almost like a stained glass window.
I think this one of the maple leaf in the grass is my favourite of the bunch though.
Roses are cool too though.
I don't know how this dandelion has managed to hang on this long.
