I took it to mean the lens was successfully tracking his subject, (BIF).
Yes, he was saying something about the bird moving diagonally across the finder, here, there, over there, and the camera/lens went zzt zzt zzt and tracked very well. That was my take on it.
An interesting review, given the various systems he says he's used. And some of them far above the Pentax in cost. Handheld versus that tripod and monster lens? Yes, please. I'd do it that way too.
What helps the big Canon lens with bokeh is the f4 vs the Pentax 5.6. And the somewhat longer focal length. It's clear the Pentax is no slouch.

Just FYI - on YouTube, he makes this comment about a month after the video was posted:
Quote: You know, after a month I returned the 150-450 lens. I cant believe it. Ive been shooting nikon since 2006. I am really considering of getting rid of my Nikon system to buy this lens for the Pentax K1. It is really good. I just noticed it even more when I went back to my Nikon system after returning the Pentax and the quality of the images are just so hard to explain. Low noise in high iso, excellent sharpness and detail. Im still trying to pull my head out of the Pentax 150- 450 but whenever I do, I keep thinking its the lens to buy !
