Awful and the top image of the white dog with the yellow jacket is the worst of the lot.

Great work, SBeck, with a screw drive lens too, nothing modern.It goes to show, if a complainer in the forum can't take pictures like these, it's user error.

The good news? You don't need to max out a credit card to develop skills, practice costs nothing.

BTW, this applies to Internet vloggers/reviewers, too. Just don't think you can take a camera out of the box and take photos of sprinting dogs like these, you need to get your techniques and settings (check out Beholder's spreadsheet of suggestions) right.

You may think you only have one afternoon to do it, it's only a Pentax and you need to write up the story because you've got a Sony A9 to do tomorrow, but you actually can't take shortcuts.
