Yeah. With 36MP it is true you can crop quite a bit without problem, but I would leave that for post processing. If you shoot raw, you can crop as much or as little as you want, and you keep the full info in case you decide to crop differently later.
That said, I walk around with 3 primes on APSC camera and am quite happy.
Of course, if you shoot jpeg and decide to use APSC mode occasionally, go right ahead.
Once upon a time 6MP was enough. Even if you crop to 15MP its still a good amount of info, for web use and even prints up to.. A4, A3 size?
