While often hard to fully interpret tests like these, it's nice to see Pentax doing well. The acclerator does seem to come into play. I know I'm amazed at how well my K-1 II does. I don't mind cranking the ISO up to 6400 and just taking the jpegs out of camera, and I suffer from PPD - pixel peeper disease.

There is another chart on that site that show a scatterplot of sensor size vs PDR. Big fat pixels are hard to beat...
