If your long term goals are to go full frame, I wouldn't be to worried about making that move now despite not yet having a full bag of FF lenses. For one thing, as others pointed out, you can use your current lenses with K1ii in crop mode just fine, and some may work well on full frame already. Add to that the fact that 28-105 is an
extremely versatile lens, and I'd say you'll likely be satisfied with that for some time. Then upgrade to full frame lenses as needed / as funds allow.
If you aren't specifically planning on getting a full frame camera, and are just interested in upgrading generally, I would consider a body only K3iii instead. It looks to actually be cheaper than the K1ii kit w/ lens.
That camera is newer (and from everything I read, very impactfully so), and won't (necessarily) send you down a LBA hole like the full frame might.
If you aren't sure whether you should prefer FF or APSC, a good use of the search bar should reveal tons of threads helping people make that very decision.
Not that there's anything wrong with going over it again with your particulars in mind (especially since everyone is trying to up their post counts for the current contest). If that's the case, maybe drop a little more info on what sort of shooting you do or would like to do.
