My K-1 has a 'mere' 13,402 shutter operations. I rarely do burst shooting.
Bought from Kirks Camera's in Ringwood, Melbourne on 3 May 2016. I found the first snap I ever took with it, a rough portrait of Paul, the owner of the now defunct store.
It still works in exactly the same way it always has.

I have 4 shots on my K1 ii, I checked the shutter count with shot #1. What a feeling! I could never justify the expense until now.

I don't think this is my K1's shutter count? I think mine is more around 9,000.

Who's got more than 100 000 ? 150 000 ?

K1 shutter is rated 200 000 or 300 000, I believe.

Still a long way to go.

I'm kind of laughing, because my K-1 Mark II just hit 353200. I've had it just over two years. and was trying to decide if it's worth repairing. I still might see how much it would cost, as I can't quite afford a new one now.
Thankfully, I bought a used K-1 as a backup, and it only has 75000.

What kind of fail? I changed all my shutter mechanism and the camera came back like new (I paid around 400€ and my K-1 had to go to Europe service in France).
