battery charger k1

I have a problem with the k1 battery charger. The green light flashes when I insert the battery and it does not charge. In the manual it is reported that if it blinks it is a battery problem, when in reality it would be anomalous because tha battery it is practically new and I have the same problem with another battery that is always new even if not original. Has it happened to anyone? Thank you.

Are these genuine Pentax D-LI90 batteries, or third party?

Perhaps the 3rd party battery does not communicate with the charger properly, so the charger reports a faulty battery.For the other battery, it could simply be worn out OR perhaps the 3rd party damaged the charger?

everything can be I don't know. The camera will have 1500 shots, the third party battery has been charged twice maybe three.
