Is this painted or a projection. I would like to visit but probably not likely soon.
Video projection. Until 2009 it was projected by Kodak Carrousel slide projectors

Superb shots Clackers !

I usually don't much care for studio style shots as I prefer to be outside in the elements so I can be inspired by my surroundings. I recently picked up an Aputure 120D continuous LED light in preparation for my eventual YouTube channel and thought I'd bring it to Lauren's house. After we shot with her husband's Trans Am the plan was to go out on her home's dock which faces the sunset and get some nice portraits with all the vibrant colors in the background but a storm rolled in last minute. So we set up inside in front of a giant mirror in her living room. I was able to shoot through a vase full of red flowers to get the color and which added some mood/atmosphere. I think shooting wide open at 1.4 also helped with the slightly dreamy effect. Overall I am quite happy with both the light and how the shot turned out especially since not much post processing was required.
This is very unique in the setup. I like it.

Mate, this is excellent work and a testimony of your skills. The balance with the light, the focus and bokeh combine nicely to take your image back to a style reminiscent of some of the late 60's early 70's fashion photos. Having said this though I don't think it's a blind copy of images from that era as it has a more sophisticated air to it.. Well worth a thumbs up.

Anyone who hasn't done so already I highly recommend viewing this image in Flickr by clicking on the photo then pressing L and F11.

ChatMechant - Especially like the second image. It reminds me of a stained glass window.

Great shots Clackers.....have you been asked to submit the second one to the Tribunal ? Game was certainly serious, comes through loud and clear in all the shots.

I really like the converging lines in the leaves in that second shot ChatMechant. Well imagined. I always enjoy patterns in nature.

Cool spider, the trouble with nicknames is they usually stick. My tater handle actually began in my teens... and that is another story, heh.
