Actually I have made a good amount of grape wine. It was the first kind that I made almost 50 years ago. My grapes have not done well for the past couple of years, believe I need to do a great deal of pruning to provide a better crop. Of course just north of me are some fantastic grape vineyards, some very large commercial ones so I could go fetch some juice...but I prefer my own source...

Hmm, now that I think about it, I do have enough of my grape juice in the cellar to make a small batch of wine...by golly I think I'll do that...

Tonight I am sipping apple wine which would go perfect with that superb meal you photographed.

Really like your work lately Bruce, but it is really hard to like that Jacaranda tree shot... they absolutely kill my allergies.

(at least our local variety of the pernicious purple plant does)
