Nice pix...those kelpies....water kelpies (?) really grab my attention. Nice photographic angle...and the night was the perfect time...to get the beautiful blue colour.

They're a really impressive (and very large!) sculpture that was created to celebrate some work that was done to revise the Forth & Clyde canal across the centre of Scotland. Well worth a visit if in the area.

We stayed overnight in our motorhome and were able to get there and take some photos while there was some blue in the sky. Several other photographers with tripods arrived after it was fully dark however I thought that was a bit late as the pictures are better when there is some interest in the sky.

This is another, also from last night - this time while they were lit up in red (they cycle through various colours):

Decided to go light this morning taking only the K-1II & DFA*50mm, trying to capture the new growth emerging in the forest...….winter's fading away !!
