Planned on going birding this morning, but it didn't work out. Quick diversion for dragonflies. I didn't have a macro lens with me but thought I'd manage with the DA300 and 1.4xTC, at minimum focus distance.. This worked well on the K-1. There was some vignetting, but I new I'd probably be cropping anyway. The only time I regretted not having a macro lens was when I managed to get a dragonfly on my finger.

You know, it's really not smart to make fun of Otis' masculinity...he has a long memory and is very vindictive....maybe an apology would be in order from you FS?

Such a shame that what they say about that lens being hard to focus is so true......

Nice shot! ...and for an inexpensive lens it shows that the K1 is not only for high dollar glass!
