Tulips are up. This is a bunch that appeared in my lawn some years ago from God knows where. Each year one of them had a thin yellow strip about 1/4 inch, (6mm) wide. This year it looks like it's gone all in. I'm calling this one Rupert. The name seems to fit. I hope it lives long and has several offspring.

These are just a few grab shot using my Rokinon 100mm f2.8 macro lens. If the yard ever dries out in the next few days I'm hoping to do a proper job of it using a tripod. Right now it is a muddy mess and I just wanted to make sure I got a few shot of it.

Great shot - love the sky color, detail in the rocks and the overall composition. Perfect utilization of the 15-30.

First brood of the season. Dutiful parents keeping watch. There are actually five fluff balls, two of them were in the reeds.

Really nice B&Ws. The streaky clouds are just long exposure, not a PP additive, correct?

Utah again,
