Nice photographs.

Two buck walked within 10 feet of my front door today, a spike like the one you have here, and a 4 point. Before I could get the camera from upstairs and get a shot or three they had made their way across the field and through the bushes into the neighbors place.

I guess I shouldn't leave the camera where I last used it, but rather keep it handy at all times.

Thanks, got 12 photos of him and his sibling (a doe) in this small patch a forest before they moved off. Really enjoy watching blacktail move through their environment - the definition of stealth

Here's sister -

Oh sorry, Otissa!
You know, I think I'd watch my language ...because someone is watching you.

Even at ISO 12800 he can see you clearly!

How did you get that car to stop for the second picture in the series, so you could take a shot of it? We all know that a K-1 can't even take a picture of a bicycle coming towards it.

Somebody clearly forgot to tell you that the K1 misses 85% of tracking shots

...and an entire Army that also have guns!

Love those FS...and in particular that little birdie on a limb! I see you shot him in Crop Mode......Have I ever mentioned how much I love the K1 Crop Mode?

The other poster?...Well, I see them digging a deep hole out there...not sure what it means, but glad it is not for me...or you!

Regards...and your apology was well accepted!

Here's another shot from the lake the other evening. Taken with the Samyang 135 at f/2. Just got this lens and I'm really enjoying it. I'm finding it pretty easy to focus, especially with focus peaking, although the K-1 viewfinder is so good that I can do pretty well with it as well. Of course, it's not a lens I'd use for action photography, but for instances where time is not a factor, it's a pleasure to use. The only con is it's pretty heavy.

The thing is razor sharp wide open. Amazing. I have not had a lens this sharp from wide open. Not so obvious in this photo, just a general observation.
