Shot at 24mm. Processed in Lightroom CC, PS CC, Topaz Denoise AI, Luminar 3, and Topaz Sharpen AI. Been a while since I've done night shots (several years), so I'm sure this could be a lot better. It is sharp and noise free though. I'll look for a better foreground next time. After three years from switching from Nikon, I couldn't be happier with the K-1. It's image quality and dynamic range still impress me every time I use it. I love the features, menu layout, and outside button organization. I see B&H has a 9+ used one for $1466, so I may pick it up as a backup.

This foreground actually works pretty damn well here — better than most that I see with astrophotography shots. I'd be curious to see how you'd improve upon it.

Greek frigate Elli (F450) is the lead ship of the Greek Elli class of frigates. The class is based on the Royal Netherlands Navy's Kortenaer class.

Thank you. I guess it's just not the foreground I have pictured in my mind. I'm looking for a ridge with several Saguaro's silhouetted just the right distance away to have everything sharp at f/2.8 or faster. I've spent a lot of time in the desert, and have yet to find anything yet.
