Thanks! That would be great and maybe I'm asking too much but it would even more greater if you can shot the same landscape photo with an APS-C if you still have one.
Can do.

I can do it with K-1, K-3, K-5IIs, A6000 and A7r (via Novoflex adapter).

this is just out of this world!! do you mind if i asked how you achieved this? did you do something funny with your posture to have this level of steadiness?
This is close to 5(?) stops of stabilisation which i could never achieve with my K-5.

Well Done!

How long before you open one, or are they strictly investment?

I shared my last bottle in 1992 with abseiling friends after a wonderful day at Borumba Rocks. Unforgettable day with unforgettable friends and then home to an unforgettable wine and pretty good meal.

Now you also have an unforgettable camera.

You can use your battery of your K-5, if you have one

I am actually a rather worthless person when it comes to steady hands etc... So noone is more amazed than I am! All I did was hold and point the camera.

Forget the camera - I am more interested in the full bottles. Are you willing for someone to review the wine for you ?
I am ready and willing to make myself available for a very moderate fee.

Cheers

Is that the wine you have set aside for the "Goolwa Pizza and Pentax K-1" session on the 14th?

If so, a couple more bottles wouldn't hurt......assuming that's a mirror.......

Definitely for drinking, not investment.
I opened an '86 for my eldest daughter's 21st, and prior to that I cracked an '85 when we bought a house in 1997.
In a strangely circular set of circumstances, I am considering opening the '94 this weekend on a climbing trip to Mt Arapiles. I presume the "Borumba Rocks" you are referring to is Booroomba Rocks in the A.C.T....

Dream on Noel. I don't know you well enough yet.
Henschke, Wendouree, Rockford, Moss Wood, Cullen, Yarra Yering, Mount Mary, Langi Ghiran: that's another story.

Funny but I was thinking of going to Booroomba Rocks this weekend for a test of the 15 to 30 which will hopefully arrive on Friday. Minus my K1 unfortunately as it had a dead screen when I picked it up from Ted's in Canberra today. Oh well the K5 is still awesome.

I'd happily drive to Adelaide for that little selection! Of course If you lent me the bottles in first pick I suspect I wouldn't be drinking them, but I would have a nice new K1 as a result!

Yes, Pardon my misspelling! I did mean Booroomba Rocks. I am terrified of heights but managed to abseil it - reason to celebrate (it was a '72 we drank). I did one other major descent, Kanangra Falls, and then quit while I was ahead.

I went out to Arapiles a couple of years ago when I was at Halls Gap for a painting workshop...you climb that?! WOW...I know there are many different grades of climbs, but they all looked daunting to me

Enjoy...the climb, the camera, the wine!

Hill of Grace...used to be very nice indeed too. Golly we are lucky here.

How sad about the K-1 screen. Condolences. Any idea how long before you get a replacement?

Booroomba is still a great place, and yes, K-5 is still a great camera.

I am looking forward to receive the camera any day now. But still wonder if anyone has any pictures with DA50 1.8 and FA35 2.0 . And maybe Tamron 70-200 2.8.
