Thank you WPRESTO !

Great set, you keep cranking them out... but the B&W, that is really something. Couldn't help but peek at the exif, and see you used PaintShopPro instead of Photoshop. Was that just because you like their B&W conversion?
It is cheaper and works well for my needs. No I use TopazLabs B&W Effects.

Also, did you ad the vignette, or was that from the Art being on FF? Either way, it all worked out very well!
Yes I added the vignette to hide some details on the border.

Most easily recognized beetle, except there are more species than you might imagine (well, there are some Pentaxians who know more of them than I).

Love it......neat little guys!

A couple of morning birdies "fowling" the air.....

K1 does very nicely with colors.

One of my better doves.

K-1 can be a sporty camera in good light.

What entices people to do things such as that? I suppose just to prove that they can.

Super nice shot. Nice job. I just ordered DA *300mm f/4.0. I hope it is just as sharp as your lens.

I now desperately want a D-FA 150-450, or really, if I had the cash, a sports camera (D4S/D5/1DXII etc) with some long fast sharp glass, like 2.8/300 and higher. I'd keep Pentax for everything else, but a true sports camera with a couple of dedicated sports lenses is on the cards for the next couple of years. Fast action is by far my favourite photographic challenge. Gets the blood pumping.

I was click away from ordering D-FA 150-450, but ordered DA *300mm/f4 for the extra sharpness ..not that D-FA 150-450 is not sharp. I just love prime lenses. I am waiting when Pentax will come out with something like 600mm f/4. Almost all the bird shooters I shoot with use Canon 1DXII with 600mm f/4 (about $18,000 setup, not including tripod and the rest :-)))...way out of my price range, but super nice setups.
