The image of the wine glass reminded me of the Erdbeerfest in Erbach on the Rhein. Mmm, delicious.
Thank you ! It is a saffron gin tonic

Wonderful images in the last couple days, the K1 shines no doubt about it !

I'd like to contribute to the B&W pictures, my model was in a good mood today
I played with only one strobe as an exercise, moving the light around my subject, but at the end 90% of the picked images are from this light source, a softbox (too small unfortunately) high on the left of the model.

Picked up a DA300mm finally, and a DFA100 WR... Having some fun.

All in all, I like the DA300, and having AF is convenient, but It's no substitute for the extra reach of the Tamron 400mm f4, and as much as I hate to say it, I "think" the 400 might be a hair sharper and a bit more flare resistant that the 300mm... but I need to zero in on the focus adjustment and I just realized the Hoya UV filter on both the DA300 might not be doing me any favors and am going to pull that off of both the DA300 and the DFA100 next time out and see if they improve at all without them. They are great, just want to see if they get any better, or if the filters effect AF.

Merry Christmas
These are both beautiful shots!

Your post says you used a Zeiss lens on the K-1. I did not know that was possible! Is it with an adaptor or does Zeiss make lenses with a Pentax mount? Thanks and Merry Christmas! Ian

Thank you teiki! And your B&W continue to inspire. I think I have seen that last place with the little moselium or church used in a movie. Very emotive.
