Poor ol' Charlie.....

"Can't find my buddies anywhere....I think maybe they don't want a threesome?"

Maybe Charlie has bad breath?

Regards!

Voigtlander 20/3.5 (just call me the Dragonfly Whisperer)

This Fella waited patiently whilst I went inside, got my gear, set up tripod, got the lens within a couple of inches of it, opened the reflector, played around to get the light right, set up manual exposure for this pixel shift shot! Unfortunately he wouldn't take direction regarding leg position.

Exceptional photograph, except in your case, all your photos seem exceptional. The lighting particularly around the subject's eyes...well to use a word I don't often use...exquisite.

Here's another landscape from driving home from Nevada today. This is the San Gabriel mountains in California.

K-1 + 77mm.

I heard the FA 77mm is a portrait lens. Seems to do just fine for landscapes from what I can tell

Thank you. Marina was quite enamored with the shot as well.

Last 2 from this set... was playing with 1:1 crop mode, seemed to work for these.

I had just gotten the Tamron back from service, and this was the test run. Seems as good (better?) as new. Focus seems a fair bit quicker, which should be no surprise, since it had a bind at the near focus end before.

I can't get the old Dr Paul Bearer tune of "poisoning pigeon's in the park" out of my head for some reason. :-O

I had a cat that used to do that to my shirts... I bet she paid more for hers... looks better on her too.
Nice rendering!

I was going to ask on your last post, but it also looks like you did it again here... do you back-light some of these flowers petals from behind to get them to glow like that, or is your soft box doing all that from the front? The effect is very pleasing either way!
As I'm nearly inside the flower, the light of the softbox is behind the flower...
