tyre burning? you mean car tyres and the like? That should be illegal.
Apparently you are not too familiar with my squirrels?

@Erictator Love the little blue/gold birdie. I don't know where you are located but we don't get anything like that around here. The species? Very nice shot too!

@ fs999 Love #3, very interesting....and thanks for no more moon shots ever.....is that correct?

@LeRolls Nope, he didn't miss that last one, it's just that he is not finished with the coloring on the previous one...that's a lot of black to fill in and not "get out of the lines". But the last one will take less time...so he says...

Regards!

I'm not real big on landscapes, but there have been some fine ones here lately. Most enjoyable! Keep them coming!

One from the oldest lens I own - a Tamron Adaptall2 80-210 f3.8-4. I bought this lens in 1978 with my first film SLR and don't bring it out too often, but I still find it fun to play with from time to time. Catch-in-focus is just delightful with these old manual focus lenses.

Bring back your model and they will stop the tire burning. They don't care if I freeze to death as long as they get their girly treats here on the Forum.

Regards!

I will pass this along to them...I'm sure you can expect an apology from them quickly?

Squirrels thank you Franc! Everybody needs somebody sometime (If you recall that old song, you are as old as me! ) Even squirrels like to be appreciated once in a while! We post landscapes, we post blooms and architecture, birds galore.......surely a few squirrels are worthy of a little space?

Regards!

FS is more into the exotic...like that little ( nice shot!) blue bird. He once had a gorgeous little yellow bird (In the K5IIs thread) and the shots were fantastic...until he just disappeared and the next thing we saw was some golden colored exotic dish he made????

I hear from those that know FS, his motto is "Taste over Beauty".

"So it is true that FS hired that squirrel to slit ol' Charlie's throat?"

I would boycott FS but squirrels love him and claim every bird he cooks is one less bird fowling the air.

Regards!

The daily report.

Morning dog walk. We wait until it warms up enough their feet don't get frozen, then we go.

They still have to stop often to lick the ice out from between their toes. Apparently toe ice tastes good.

On a frozen lake with no footsteps, everyone knows where you go.

Puddle ice

Later the same day

The day ended with a nice sunset.

When you get a sunny day, you have to go play, we haven't had many this year. Today's as good, but I'm exhausted from all the activity yesterday.
