Look, I posted this the other day just for you! ......where he was was doing his camouflage training and you couldn't see him! I thought that would please you, but I guess just the idea that he was maybe in there somehow, though invisible, was not acceptable???

I am noting that there are a lot more responses in this thread than ever, which is a good thing for sure! It sure adds to the pleasure of posting and viewing! So many great shots posted daily it is hard to keep up, but it is fun trying!

Regards!
Hah! Now there is a nice sharp squirrel grinnin at me... must be my squirrel vision goggles that are helping me spot him.

That Volvo PV544 takes me back. I used to have a '62 PV544 with the twin carb B18S engine. I loved that car . Probably the most precise shifter and best clutch I've ever used. Handled and went well for it's era.

If I never saw the color one, I'd say that was a mighty fine B&W... but the soft yet detailed parts of the hair etc, are lost in the B&W, and the color ads a warmth to the photo that the B&W leaves cold.
I would say they both could have unique good applications, but for just pinning up as miss July, I'd say the color one is for me personally.

You should see the colored pencil processed version.....Ohh La La! I never realized squirrels had so much talent...or imagination! The detailed parts are superb and nothing is lost in the process...in fact, a lot is gained! No warmth needed ..it is Red Hot!

I 'd post one, but then I'd be banned for life!

Regards!

Pretty neat that this DC lens works on K-1 in FF mode. What software, if you don't mind me asking, are you using to process these in? I can see PP on the frozen branch in the form of a grey/blue haloing on the edges of the branch/stem mixed with overblown specular highlights at 1:1. But it it otherwise very crisp.

I do enjoy your photos
