I love this camera.
This is from the top of the Freedom tower with a $100 70-300mm lens. You can practically make anything that comes out of this camera look good.

sunCrm,

Wonderful photography of the old rally cars. It was a pleasure looking at your pictures.

It's not often I can get an interesting sequence with butterfly action, and I thought y'all might get a kick out of these.

Every good story needs a love interest, meet our flower... while our intrepid traveler arrives on the scene in the background.

Rupert, cute dove! I have a fake Owl over in a tree near my driveway, (helps keep birds away from doing their business on my cars) the squirrels are smart enough to ignore him, climb around him, etc. But... I had a eagle swoop down and bang into the fake Owl hard enough and rip him off his mounts, and I had it screwed down even better than your fake branch. Lesson? Squirrels are smarter than birds? Or more tolerant?
Eric

One word for that last shot: Smoldering !
Great set Frederic, you are a bottomless pit.

PS: OK, I know you are too good of a chef for SOS, or chipped beef which usually goes on a shingle or toast, so what is that over the rice?

They claim they are smarter than we are...when I read the news, I tend to agree!

Blanquette de veau. It's veal cooked in a veal stock. The stock is then thickened with flour and butter then creamed.
