Is this PShifted ? Their is some artefacts on the light/dark area transition.

No, not pixel shifted and no treatments, I can't see artefacts, did you look at the 2048 pix version on Flickr ?

There is truth in that. I have posted images taken with a K1, and also images taken with a Panasonic shirt-pocket P&S, and on my computer screen, there is little or no discernable difference in IQ. After all, the monitors we use are most commonly limited to 1024, far, far below the resolution of any current production DSLR.

I can see an enormous difference between my K5IIs and K1 shots at 2048 pix... It depends on how you downsize your photo...

Maybe I've been wrong FS.....Out of the four people in the world that haven't seen a million moon shots, one of them found yours.......and what did he notice? Artefacts, not the moon! So if one of those four people found it, by all means keep posting them, the other three will surely come along and find it too!

I was devastated when I saw that...and I know FS will be too. But....I looked right below your post and saw something that took my mind completely off of the defects....try it, works for me!

@LeRolls If you don't do anything else today, know that you made dozens of little squirrels with bulging eyes very happy......me too! Only a small box of colored pencils will do all they want to do!

Cute squirrels Franc. I am always impressed by the variety of squirrels out there... I've seen red, gray, black, and your fox eared jobs. The black canada ones I saw last time I was up there were huge, like little bears.
