Got Squirrel Shots? - PentaxForums.com
Rupert, I have too many, and I mean it. It all started like innocent bribe with peanuts to get close ups.
Now every morning I have a tribe of squirrels, blue jays, grackles waiting for breakfast. I buy an average one big bag of peanuts every week.
You see, that guy above was not hungry, his face is dirty, he already hid a peanut somewhere, and came back to ask more.

Tacoma Museum Of Glass

Traveling to the city the night before and with only a few early hours available, I arrived to the museum at 4:30AM the following morning to see if the sunrise might offer interesting light to the exterior exhibits. Certainly became more educated in photographing large glass sculptures in ambient light.

I will want to travel here again some day to explore photographic possibilities of the interior museum exhibits.

Cheers,

RM-

Love # 2 FS! Great color there and so smooth! #3....I'm gonna pass on that....whatever it is?.....does not appeal to my visual taste buds! But...I'd try it over another moon shot!

"Ever get about halfway tired?"

"Then just take about a halfway little rest!"

Tough shooting in the midday sun and shadows...but somebody has to do it! With all the great shots in this thread, if I didn't post some cruddy ones, what would you guys have to feel good about!

Regards!

That is lovely! Wish I had some blooms to shoot...not much around my place.

More of that harsh mixed light.....I just shot this.....it's like fishing.....I just bait the cedar fence and wait for something to come along. This is the same little girlie Cardinal that aspires to be a model. She dumped her boyfriend...caught him sharing a tree branch with a lowly sparrow.......

Regards!

Very nice Ealem. I like the dew drop at the tip of a spine just below the bud, left side of stalk.

Shot with DAL 55-300 kit lens @APSC mode for the higher fps but still unable to capture how the performer change mask?
High iso of 5000 still looks quite clean

That's nice. I like how the old tree standing on the right fits in there between the live ones. Good composition and good execution!
Is this from a boat? Any crocs around here?
Thankyou Matt!..... I have a small Aluminium boat (just 2 and a bit ft wide, so more a canoe) with a 3hp motor on the back that I wonder around in, this was taken from that.... no crocs! Hope to chase some whales from it in July though when they are down this way... only on calmish days though. Normally I have the DFA 150-450 on the K3 along with the K-1 with a range of primes for this type of shot. Generally I don't go to shoot anything in-particular... just go and enjoy myself and see what I see.
