Animals and people enjoying the Spring. What could be better.
The two kids are a delight. Seeing them in such carefree joy would lift anyone's spirits.

Amazing shots especially the first one. Perfect in B&W.

Few shots with the K-1 and the FA 77.

Why yes; yes they are now. All of them.

I like the guitar - I imagine that was done as a salute to the country they were performing in, and will be changed over at the next concert?

A friend of mine was a big fan of theirs back in the seventies. Hard to believe it's been FORTY YEARS. They were never my thing as far as music went, but they were - and judging by the scale of the concert still are - great performers, and you've really done Stanley justice here.

I agree with Walter...the kid shots were wonderful and uplifting!

How often do you guys get "bummed out" with sorrow from your failures? This is a dark and dreary morning, but I had a great opportunity to shoot a very handsome male Cardinal in a very natural and perfect setting. He was willing and I took about two dozen rapid shots, not stopping to view them on the LCD. When I went to process them all were very underexposed and pushing them only made them ugly with noise. FIne shots, the poses were perfect...but the settings were all wrong. Might not have been all that good at a higher ISO, but I think they would have been usable?

I moved the ISO setting up to ISO 3200 in the same light and still at 1/80 handheld to see what I might have gotten on the ones I ruined.....Yep, it would have made all the difference! Bummer!

They say haste makes waste...Yep, wasted shots!

Regards!

Ya know, the Tokina ATX II 20-35mm when used on the K1 must be a well kept secret... shhuuush... don't tell anyone before I can pick up a spare, and find a hood.

That one is gorgeous FS! Such lovely color! The little sliver of pink fuzzy bokeh makes all the difference too!

I dunno about this one FS? Squirrels say it looks like you pulled some weeds and cooked a grasshopper carcass and tossed it on top? I think they may be right??

Regards!
