Very nice.

From the streets of Valladolid, Mexico. Couldn't decide between color and B&W.

Thanks!

That first one is so lovely FS....such a shame your talent is too often wasted on boring moon shots......

This birdie was complaining about the squirrel next to him "stinking up the place". It was true...but I did like the bokeh of the Bigma on this one!

A big horse, I think this was the Shire rather than the Clydesdale at the Kentucky Horse Farm (the Clydesdale used for show was also black with white markings). The trappings are used because both Shire and Clydesdale are thought to be descended from the medieval Great Horse used by knights.

Apples from our orchard

Apples from our home orchard.

KIT: Pentax K-1 with adapted well-regarded Pentax 67 55mm f 4.0. This lens challenges the D FA 50mm f 2.8 macro for sharpness, and yields excellent color rendering as well. This is a great lens choice for flower photographers when adapted to the K-1 because the nearest focus distance is reduced to about 3-4 inches so that even smallish flowers will fill the K-1 frame. For flower photography, it can achieve most of what you want to accomplish unless you are into bugs and bees. Great lens choice if you don't need autofocus and don't mind toting around a big heavy chunk of quality glass!

Picked up a lightly used K-1 which now has to go to Sigma to get the body repaired due to damage caused by a non modified Sigma 24-70mm f2.8. Bit of a pain as it will be away for 4 weeks and I wanted to play but anyway here is a quick shot of my dog taken with a (mount modified) Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 OS DG HSM.

Shot wide open ... lens seems sharp enough on the K-1
