Great shot.

Just think about it. If all that energy could be harnessed there is enough of it to power three medium size cities. If you get enough of them together they reach critical mass and explode all over the place.

"Rugrats is a children's show that started off in 1991. At first it had very good humor, but now its just a bunch of toddlers on crack, so obnoxious they think that the world is theirs."
What a heap of trouble that crowd looks like.

just comments

BruceBanner, the single pixel shifted shot is so sharp, I really like that B&W version, and love the photo of the 3 rugrats.
LeRolls, old photo, healthy Marina, very nice comp.
repaap, cool night shots, I used to love taking those in B&W.
versatile, nice puddle reflection.
Frederic, that last Irix shot is superb.
Best Regards, Bob

@repaap: Thank you for leaving the shadows intact. Too easy to ruin a photo by pulling all the shadows way up with digital.

OK, some bird shots

LeRolls, first let me say that no matter what the setting a photo of that girl would look great.
OK, all handheld shots taken while walking about on the farm, I have no feed stations this time of year. The first, the yellow warbler in the spruce was taken about 2 weeks ago @ about 40 feet; the second of the goldfinch in the spruce taken a week ago @ roughly same distance; third shots of the chickadee in the apple tree taken a few days ago @ about 20 feet; last shot of the phoebe in the birch taken few days ago @ about 20 feet. Used the 150-450 lens for all. Each time I am getting a little better, certainly I hope to keep improving so I can post photos at least close to the quality of many that I have seen on this forum. Hey, like Mr. Rupert says, I am having fun, just wish the birds would cooperate more.
Best Regards, Bob
