The moon, and that’s it. Not particularly artistic but still here it is.
Shoot with K-1 and Pentax 135-600 at 600mm. Near 100% crop.

It seems very beautiful and detailed. Well done! How is this monster lens performing?

Thanks, it IS a monster lens and this is pretty much all I use it for because it’s very unbalanced and awkward to use.

Few pictures with the K-1 and 24-70, the only lens that I had in Havana.

You seem to not have missed out on anything, thanks for another excellent set. I especially like the 4th picture with its simple but beautifully balanced composition and its story-telling yet discrete way of portraying the people in it.

However many pumpkins I've seen, someone always comes up with something a little different that elicits a smile.

some more farm shots

acoufap
, read your post on "The Bokeh Club", I totally agree with your comment. No matter the form of communication be it written, photographic or audio your statement applies. It can be a simple or complex message but the most subtle change can often make a difference in presentation and hence interpretation. BTW I love your modified macro & the photos. Opens up a new use for my old lens, thanks for the info.
Hattifnatt, your street shots continue to be great, love them.
Eric, awesome flower & nice shot of the bee in flight.
Here are a few more shots from the neighbors farm. Some are cross posted from "Farming-Agriculture", had some problems with this post so items are a wee bit out of order...sorry
Best Regards, Bob

You have to look for a while to find that one... it looks quite sharp. Any think they'd ever release this as modern glass? Just kidding.

"Cleared to land Speedbird one"

This is a model of Concorde (40% original size) that sits at the entrance to Brooklands Museum, where they have a real Concorde to explore. Shot at night with K1 + DA* 60-250.
