K1 + 150~450 @ 450mm. Original taken in FF mode, but cropped to much less than APS-C frame coverage. Tree swallow male, his mate is inside presumably sitting on eggs.

It really surprises that this lens is FF compatible. Any issues? Nice shot btw.

The young lady is #1 FS! The 2nd shot is gorgeous! If you will give me that Soligor, we can forget about the little yellow birdie?

Here I am again, the old K1 Crop Mode shooter.......laughed at and scorned, made fun of and abused....and that was before this crop shooting!

Listen up! I don't care! It is such a delight to have Pentax camera that will focus my big ol' slow Bigma fast and furious and do it in low light on a dark and rainy day, that not much can steal my joy!

1/125 handheld f7.1 @ 500mm ISO 6400 No noise reduction in or out of camera.

Regards!

One of my first shot with the k-1.
And i've to say i am delighted by the low light high ISO performance.

Thanks FS! Yep, I see him...must have missed it earlier. Where is his head? We want to know that he still has his head? I'd be in a panic to without my head.......

I have a Sigma 10-20mm/4-5.6. It vignettes badly at every focal length. Don't know about the f/3.5 version. Perhaps he's shooting it at FF and manually cropping.
