Thanks FS! Yes, the Cheater Branches are still my best friend as I sit at my desk and snap out the windows.

One of them that has been chewed on by the squirrels is becoming dangerous and is due to be replaced soon. I keep putting it off hoping to catch a shot of a fat squirrel having to learn how to fly when it snaps.

Miss the old days at the K5IIs thread ...we had a ton of fun! Maybe we will here too?

Best Regards

After Sunset (with DFA 24-70)

Sunset and Cornfield -- this was shot with DA 15 limited on K-1 in crop mode, using pixel shift. Under exposed by a couple of stops to make sure I didn't blow out the sky.

It's amazing what you were able to pull from the darkness. Did you have to do a bit of noise reduction as well?
Yup. the K1 is impressive.
Damn. i deleted my Raw and work file in lightroom. I do use noise reduction as my standard workflow using noise ninja, but at ISO250, i think there is very low noise when i pull those details out, i think.

Thanks, It certainly complements the K1 and helps it being the best Landscape system at this price point at the moment.

Still there FS but they leaves have about withered away. I need some new ones. I hung some colored backdrops back there once to try but the damn squirrels tore them down and used them for nesting material...made for some colorful squirrel nests!

Nice shot FS...as usual. Glad you are not so high and mighty that you refuse to use the Crop Mode. It is a great tool for the K1, I couldn't be happy without it!

You work that Sigma Art better than anyone!

Regards!
