Caution Otis ! There is a nail in the w... Oh my ! Too late ! He is a girly squirrel now !

Superb shots! Such fine detail!

Some late evening shots...a little noisy, but I did like the poses!

An old guy.

A young guy.

An in-between guy.

All crops of about 50% of shots in the Crop Mode.

Regards!

DFA 15 - 30 for a hike today

Took a hike to an abandoned railroad trestle today. Here are a couple of images.

I am amazed at how sharp this lens can be; but when viewed in the PF site, it looses much of it's pop.

First few days

The bee is with the WR 100 Macro, the flowers with the brilliant Pentax 24-70 2.8. Loving this camera, just fighting the (costly) impulse to add the 70-200...

So much work and effort to build, now just abandoned, what a pity.

This bridge was built to haul logs during the hey day of timber cutting on western WA. Logging has slowed down and there are lots of roads now for log trucks. Train is no longer needed.

This is quite dangerous but people still walk out on it for a cheap thrill and a great view.[COLOR="Silver"]

I do not understand the wings form. Looks like they are under the water, or maybe inside a bubble. What happened?
