Another in my July series from Crested Butte, CO area. This is clouds illuminated at sunset, looking over the Slate River toward Mt. Crested Butte. Fa 20 on K-1. Cross posted to 20 mm club.

Koala snap

This fella was crossing the road, we just missed hitting him (thankfully), then he ran up the tree, so snapped of a few shots.... (grey skies sadly). I only had Tamron 28-300mm with me as we were sightseeing with friends

LeRolls it is so nice to have you back. Have not seen any of your images in a few days. I notice many of your shoots are with an 85mm lens; do you use the FA85 or the Sigma 85 1.4?

Nice shots. The grey skies probably helped more than hindered. Nice even light to bring out the markings on the little beastie. Photographing in trees on a sunny day is always a challenge.

I've been quite busy these last few days. I hopefully have a few new models lined up. Not really a Sigma fan. FA glass all the way!

Thanks as always. Yes, she insisted on shooting despite the rain and gloomy weather. Thought it came out pretty well. She likes the wet hair look.

The DA* 50-135 + Kenko 1.4x deliver remarkably consistent results in FF mode, that TC never leaves the lens now.

Are you really happy with pentax d fa 24-70 2.8? I just purchased it like couple weeks ago It s good build very well it s ok but do you think is it worth 1299?
