I would say the 55-300 ...along with your K-1...is pumping out some excellent, sharp bird pics. Looks very good to me. Also it's obvious you know what your doing, by the quality pics.

Yes, its no Canon L glass but the DAL 55-300 certainly does ok for the price.

Thanks for kind words, Hadi. The photos were taken from a spot along the shore just east of the Humber. The bridge is a foot/cycling bridge over the Humber. It's a great area to walk/cycle/take photos.
