A pair of Tawny Frogmouths in my front yard this morning. Three of these birds (the third was about 2 metres away in the same tree) have taken to sleeping through the day in my front yard, confident that they are invisible.

The photo of Icicle Creek is gorgeous. The color of light on the water and rocks is quite captivating! Beautiful.

And a note of gratitude to you and others here who utilize the "View Picture EXIF" function.

Santa delivers my K-1 in two weeks. So I've not yet had the pleasure of posting any photos here.

I don't know the mechanics of posting on the Forum but am watching the EXIF info whenever I can to work my Shopping List for lenses! I am an incurable EXIF snooper. I find it very instructive to my photography education. :-)

Cheers.

The years first ice image. It was -16 last night, cold enough to form ice crystals on the window. My K-1 is my new ice image camera. With the Tamrn 90 macro. A modern double pane is in the basement, waiting to be installed, it may be the last year for these.

Very stunning. If you do install the new insulated glass, it will be our loss. Love your window ice images.

Try the plug-in web browser LPEF Photo Analyzer, so you can get all informations about exif if the author allows it...

Thank you Frederic (did I get that right?). That means a lot, coming from you. And again, what great shots from yourself. I see you have recently given us some beautiful portraits, would love to see more.

Must get a lot of foot traffic looking at the footprints in the sand and yet the place looks desolate.
