Norm. Rreat shot. This is the kind of photograph where the K1 excels.
exactly. There's nothing to stop you from filling the frame and making use of all that resolution.

My 6,000th shot with the K1...the only thing remarkable about it is...it isn't a squirrel!

Regards!

Superb shot !
This is my favourite tree : a Pinus Silvestris. I have two in my garden, my neighbourhood wants me to cut it off, but I will never do so !
When the evening sun reaches the stem, it turns orange. A beauty !

With all those black pixels in your moon shots, your K1 sensor may not make it to 6,000?

If that is Hot Mustard I could definitely go for it! I love REAL Hot Mustard!

Don't need any Hot Mustard for these......squirrels are lined up at the pencil sharpener now!

The first one is lovely FS...you do some very nice bloom shots...overall, excepting your moon obsession, you are coming along nicely. I know my help has been invaluable to you in the past year or two, but the pleasure in watching you progress has been all mine! Of course, if you want to send me that Pentax long lens for appreciation, I wont turn it down!

Regards!

Kerrowdown, I really like that shot.....maybe it is the great colour, the fine detail, or the lovely bokeh, but whatever it is , I do like it. Wonderful lens to, no doubt about it!
Thank you very much for your kind words.

I guess we could hijack this thread and make it a cooking show? Stranger things have happened on PForums!

A bird in the bush is worth two on a fence...but you take what you can get.

BTW- The K 1 does reds better than any prior Pentax I have used. They are not easy to shoot, you have to be very careful of exposure...they blow out so easily.

"My Mommy says it is time for me to get a jock strap.....maybe she is right???"
