One of your best shots FS! Too bad it was preceded by that ugly moon. You just can't control your moon madness, can you? So sad.

Regards!

Often, I see threads where folks ask about the viability of Pentax as a wedding camera.
There really is no such thing.
To me, there is only the craft of photography and the specifics to the genre of wedding photography.
Whether one uses the latest TTL/HSS or uses manual, it really does not really matter that much so long as one is accustomed to what he/she uses and have thought out what to do in most situations.

When I was asked to help do the shoot for the couple, I just apply what I have picked up and practiced over the course of time.
I sure had plenty of time practicing shooting my kids.
Well said indeed!

Agree. Getting good pictures depends on knowledge of photography and vision, and knowing what the equipment can do. Not equipment with this or that.

Gotta love that one and the color in the background is a perfect fit with the great shot.

Got home yesterday from 11 days in the hospital...damn near died the first two of them. First thing I did was look out my office windows to see if there was a shot of anything...even though it was getting late in the day.
Thank Yee kindly Rupert!

As to your other comment...

I am so glad you are OK now... or at least well enough to come home. I hope you put this thing behind you soon.
Best wishes,
Eric

Thanks so much for sharing your work with this lens. Beautiful. Most people seem to collect this kind of lens and it sits on a shelf... I never see much output. That is a shame from what I have seen from yours. Nice work and tasteful use of the mega bokeh.

Love the delicate little flowers with so much detail. Nice set Frederic. Your food pics always are so appetizing, your plating is top drawer. Those quaint village shots are so nice too. You are lucky to live near such peaceful looking surroundings. I am green with envy. I am in a tropical tourist trap. Heh heh.

Eric thank you!

This one was taken by D FA 24-70mm f/2.8 38mm/ƒ/9/1/60s/ISO 400,
I used tripod and cable shutter release, that help me get good DOF sharpness.
Mike.

On the bokeh tip, here are three from my A50 f1.2. All at f1.2, the first one is a pano of three shots.
