That's some great use of available light!

Thanks, Mamba, the second one is the strip tubes in a pedestrian bridge, while the third is the menu outside a restaurant door, so there are light sources all around us.

Getting close to the sources and opening up the aperture, I could keep the shutter speed up to 1/100s and keep the ISO under 1000.

This is a few photographs taken along southern Alpine region from Austria up to the Istrian peninsula of Slovenia. DFA28-105, out of camera Jpeg landscape style (kinda love and hate those sketchy default colors :-) maybe use if polarized and jpeg landscape style is too much).

1) Hill side point of view over the Faaker See (Austria) with mountain perspective in the background:
Tree leaves changing colors. Taken mid day but using a c. pol filter to reduce atmospheric haze.

2) View over the Lago di Predil, beside the Italian border:

3) View over Piran (Slovenia) from the fortification wall, taken on sunny Sunday:

Very nice! Is the DA*55 in crop or FF mode?

FF mode, Sbh.

According to Photozone, it vignettes *less* wide open than the FA 50 or FA 31.

A Jun Hirakawa design, a beautiful portrait lens on APS-C becomes a beautiful standard lens on the K-1. You should save up for one if you aren't getting the DFA 50 when it launches!
