ivanvernon, nice contrast shot of the Osage Orange.
Frederic, yes to your question the one in front of the dragon. I thought the photo was a wee bit too orange but it was not quite monochromatic so I call it sepia. I am practicing to improve on that. A glass of wine will help...maybe 2 or even 3.
pschlute, love that reflection shot. Interesting that a photo friend & I were talking just yesterday of having good conditions to accomplish a shot like that and here you post one, very nice photo.
Best Regards, Bob

I tend to prefer warmer pictures especially for portraits but I am trying new looks and experimenting with cooler images in ways that make sense to me conceptually.

My Wonderful Neice

The strength of my wonderful niece. Should I ever grow up, I'd wish to have her fortitude.

Thank you GMounk. She's a wonderful young lady. Just exploring the adventures in portraiture, perhaps I'll justify a 85 1.4 some day.

Cheers,

Congrats. We seldom see this kind of photograph taken with a Pentax, most of the time they are taken with Canon or Nikon.
