Thanks Bob! I know what you mean about the sepia, for lack of better words. When I was a darkroom hostage, I treated some of my B&W prints shot with the Pentax 645 to sepia.
Once I tried a copper tone bath. It was supposed to give a copper metallic sheen, and preserve the image longer. I don't know what I did wrong, but they came out kinda more reddish than I expected. They still looked great at first... but now, 25 years later, there is some additional copper staining that didn't used to be there. All I can guess is that my fix wasn't strong enough or the archival rinse wasn't long enough, and something kept on developing.
Anywho, I need to go back up that way and play with my K-1.
