Very nice photos! Can you tell me how did you get such detail on the third image at such high ISO. I attempted to take a few indoor pictures without flash off my family with my K-1 with my FA77. FA31 and FA43. My shutter speed was about the same as your, fstop was from wide open to f2.8 and iso was no more than 3200. All the pictures had so much noise that i could not clean up and there was no detail
Hmm, not an easy question to answer...but here goes.
1) Shoot RAW
2) Try to avoid very monochromatic light sources as this is reducing the resolution available
3) Use a good RAW processor and noise reduction software. I use DXO sometimes also Topaz DeNoise
4) Practice holding the camera steady at low shutterpseeds

I have had some success with the FA43 and FA35 F2 on the K1 (I don't have the FA31 or FA77) - this is at ISO5000 with the FA43

McRaw, superb pixel shift shot, very good work.
clackers, excellent job on those two shots, I like the bike shot but love the ball & sun one.
Hattifnatt, those are great shots, glad you threw them in.
LeRolls, lovely, simply lovely.
Eric, your chalk work photos have been great and the art work itself is just fantastic. Happy that you did that series.
Frederic
, your flower shots of recent are superb, love the detail the flash provides. The Nuthatch is cool, was watching one today, but no photo..
StephenHampshire, great compositions on those first two train photos, and I think all the shots are outstanding. And thanks for the info on the low light shooting.
Best Regards, Bob

Ta clackers... I won't disclose how many takes that took to get the desired effect...

Personally, I thought the 3D effect on this one was outstanding compared to the others.
