At first I was like, OK this is different, but the exhibit theme was lost on me, the power? Of costume?

But as I spent time looking very closely for things of interest & photographing them, it hit me... that conjuring up not just one world, but many worlds, and inventing ethnic traditional garb and fanfare for all of them must have been a tremendous undertaking.

Not just military, but ceremonial garb for the powerful down to peasant ware. Then using that costume to help portray the actors character is something that many like me often overlook and don't give enough credit to the costume crew. In this age of BluRay and 4K video, this job must be getting harder, since you know every stitch will be seen now.
