I was looking at this image thinking "this looks diffraction limited or has been photoshop "watercolour" filtered. Then you click on the flickr link, and it looks a little better, then you click on the "plus" and you see it has amazing detail. The downsized forum version doesn't come anywhere close to doing it justice.

Thank you ! I use the 1024 pixels version from Flickr, I suppose they changed the compression of that size, like Facebook do...

Plenty of great photos from folks lately, a true pleasure to view.
Eric, I like both shots but favor the second.
Hattifnatt, absolutely love your Magura photos.
Frederic, interesting 2nd shot of sorta B&W & gold...pretty cool.
Decided to take a break from doing copy work and go out & take some pictures, here are a few from today. It was cold but it sure felt good to be snapping the shutter in the real world.
First shot: Natchez asks what is that bright thing in the sky, and it is slowly getting higher above the horizon.
Second shot: just her on our road.
Third: the sun in the Hemlocks.
Best Regards, Bob

Thanks Bob! Me too.

Judging from the tire tracks, looks like Natchez is wondering where the tractor that piled up that snow disappeared to. Heh.
You've got some nice starbursts of your own going on there, and l like the long angled shadows.
Eric
