Eric, I like both shots but favor the second.
Decided to take a break from doing copy work and go out & take some pictures, here are a few from today. It was cold but it sure felt good to be snapping the shutter in the real world.
First shot: Natchez asks what is that bright thing in the sky, and it is slowly getting higher above the horizon.
Second shot: just her on our road.
Third: the sun in the Hemlocks.

Judging from the tire tracks, looks like Natchez is wondering where the tractor that piled up that snow disappeared to. Heh.
You've got some nice starbursts of your own going on there, and l like the long angled shadows.
